Hot water is the job we do most, and it is the one nobody can wait a fortnight for. Gas or electric, repair or full changeover, we carry the common units and get them in fast. Every install gets our sticker on the tank with the date on it, so the next person who looks at it knows exactly when it went in.

Some of it you can see. Most of it you can't.
A dripping tap is a five minute job. A water service failing under the pavers is not, and no amount of guessing finds it. We trace it, lift what has to come up, repair it in copper, and put the ground back the way we found it. Blocked drains get a CCTV inspection when there is any doubt about what is causing it.

Rough-in through to fit-off. Walk-in showers with linear drains, freestanding baths, wall-mounted mixers, cooktops and rangehoods. We work in alongside the tiler and the sparky and keep our end of it moving so the job does not stall waiting on the plumber.

Gas is a licensed job
Cooktops, hot water, bayonets and appliance connections are all gasfitting work. We are licensed for it, and we would rather you rang us than had a go.

Not everything is a tap washer. Some jobs need working out before anyone picks up a tool, and now and then one turns up drawn on the back of an envelope. If it carries water or gas, it is worth asking us about.

OK - So I had a mixer tap in the main shower start to leak and progressively get worse until it was so bad I had to turn the water off at the mains. Called 6 plumbers and was advised next availability 2 to 6 weeks away. My 7th attempt was AVS. Andy was amazing and accomodating. Had his offsider Leo at our place within an hour and all fixed 30 minutes after that. Very reasonably priced and AVS is now our go to for all our plumbing needs. Highly recommended!!!

We are based at Kewarra Beach and cover roughly a fifty kilometre radius from there, which takes in the whole northern beaches strip, Cairns city and the run north to Port Douglas. If you are not sure whether you are in range, ring and ask.
